By accessing and using the Bizzbyte website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Bizzbyte provides digital marketing, advertising management, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and web development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and deliverables.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional fees. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Original content, designs, and strategies created by Bizzbyte become the client’s property upon full payment. Bizzbyte retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This includes business strategies, analytics data, campaign performance metrics, and proprietary methodologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bizzbyte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Bizzbyte reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
